For the convenience of our patients, we have on-site medication dispensing, ultrasound guided joint injections, home exercise programs, EKG testing, limited in-office blood lab work ups, functional capacity evaluations and QFCs, EMG/NCV by board certified physiatrists. We also provide a variety of interventional procedures including epidural injections and nerve block at local surgical centers/hospitals.

At NMCI, we have our own psychiatric department with psychiatrists and psychologists. We provide in house medications, psychiatric and neuropsychological testing, cognitive behavioral treatments, and educational strategies to help patients to regain mental health, improve functionality and develop better coping mechanisms to pain and psych emotional issues.
In treating thousands of patients with chronic pain, we strive to give priority to non-narcotic and safer methods of treatment. The outcome in managing our patients’ symptoms, overall improvement in functionality and wellbeing in this way has been outstanding.

We provide medical legal services such as permanent and stationary reports, QME, and AME evaluations. Additionally, our providers can perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s) to assess our patients work limitations so they can safely and independently perform their job duties.
We offer a functional restoration program (FRP) designed to help patients cope with chronic pain and whom have had inadequate outcomes from prior treatment and medications.
